About the RoleL'étoile Patisserie is looking for an energetic, creative and camera-confident intern to support our social media presence and represent the brand at events and pop-ups. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating content, understands Instagram, communicates naturally with people and is comfortable being one of the visible faces of L'étoile. What matters most is personality, communication, creativity, confidence and a good understanding of social media.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content• Support the planning and creation of content for L'étoile's Instagram.

• Create and feature in Reels, Stories and short-form videos around products, launches, events and everyday brand moments.

• Help develop Reel ideas, hooks, simple scripts and content concepts that feel natural, current and on-brand.

• Shoot good-quality photos and videos using a smartphone, with attention to framing, lighting and presentation.

• Review posts and captions before publishing and help keep content organised.

• Manage day-to-day photo and video files, including uploads and sharing through Google Drive or other cloud platforms.

• Stay aware of relevant Instagram formats, trends and content styles without blindly following every trend.

Be a Face of L'étoile• Appear confidently and naturally in Instagram Reels, Stories and promotional videos.

• Present products and brand stories in a warm, relatable and polished way.

• Bring personality and energy to L'étoile's online presence while maintaining a premium brand feel.

Events, Pop-ups & Kiosks• Represent L'étoile at exhibitions, community events, pop-ups and kiosks.

• Engage visitors, explain products, recommend items and support sales at the stall.

• Help ensure the stall and product presentation are neat, inviting and aligned with the brand.





• Capture relevant event content for Stories, Reels and future social-media use.

Who We’re Looking For• Confident, outgoing and comfortable meeting current people.

• Camera-friendly and comfortable appearing regularly in social-media content.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak naturally and clearly.

• Well-groomed, stylish and highly presentable.

• Comfortable using Instagram, Reels and Stories and familiar with contemporary social-media content.

• Able to shoot photos and videos confidently on a smartphone; basic mobile editing knowledge is a plus.

• Comfortable organising digital files and using Google Drive or similar cloud tools.

• Energetic, fun-loving, dependable and willing to take initiative.

• Comfortable interacting with customers and participating in sales at events.

• Interest in food, lifestyle, hospitality or premium consumer brands is an advantage.

• Prior professional content-creation experience is not mandatory.

Candidate preference: Female candidates are preferred for this customer-facing and on-camera internship. We are especially interested in candidates who are confident, polished and comfortable representing the brand publicly.
