Do you think in Reels, talk in memes, and treat your feed like a tech newsletter? We're looking for a creative content creator intern who gets excited about tech, edtech, careers, and everything that helps people land the job they want.

As a Social Media Content Creator Intern, you will plan and run campaigns across Mentorque's full range of offerings, from AI-powered tools and trackers to industry mentorships, referrals, and networking, everything a job seeker needs under one roof. We're looking for someone with strong creative instincts and the ability to execute ideas quickly and efficiently.

The intern will serve as the visual representative of our brand across various social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, contributing to marketing campaigns through compelling short-form videos, impactful graphics, and creative scripting.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Creation: Produce high-quality Reels, Shorts, and marketing videos around Mentorque’s platform and services, designed to capture audience attention and drive sign-ups.

Scripting & Idea Generation: Develop visual concepts, sharp hooks, and ready-to-shoot scripts that ride current trends in tech, AI, edtech, and career content. Experiment with different hooks, storytelling styles, formats, and content approaches to improve reach and engagement.

Graphic Design for Marketing:



Design and create clean, eye-catching graphics, banners, and carousels for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels, turning complex ideas into simple, shareable visuals.

Brand Consistency: Keep every piece of content true to Mentorque's visual guidelines and voice, so our brand feels recognizable on every platform.

Community Management: Manage Mentorque's online community by responding to comments, replies, and DMs in a consistent, helpful brand voice, building trust with job seekers and early-career professionals.

Execution & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, editors) to ensure smooth execution.

Reporting & Insights: Share performance reports and updates with insights, learnings, and ideas for content optimization.

What We’re Looking For

- A robust portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both video creation/editing and graphic design.
- Expertise in tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or fundamental Adobe Suite applications (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- A comprehensive understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and viral trends.
- Foundational scriptwriting capabilities and strong creative storytelling acumen.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and adept at operating within a full-time internship environment.

Availability for a three-month full time commitment.
