Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in different project location, responsible for overseeing day-to-day project activities at designated sites. This position coordinates and monitors construction and interior fit-out work, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

The Site

Supervisor manages site teams and contractors, conducts regular inspections, tracks progress, and resolves on-ground issues to keep projects on schedule. The role also involves maintaining accurate site documentation, reporting project status to project managers, and collaborating with designers,



vendors, and other stakeholders.

Supervisor supports continuous improvements in site processes and contributes to delivering spaces efficiently and as planned.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage daily activities, contractors, and site teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting design drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications for interior projects.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety standards, and compliance practices relevant to commercial interiors and fit-out work.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, track progress, and meet project deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with project managers, designers, vendors, and clients.
- Experience using basic digital tools for reporting, documentation, and coordination; familiarity with project management or site management software is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in commercial interior projects (retail, offices, or experience centers) is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering , Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
