WE ARE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team in Jaipur.

Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
- Manage workers and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Monitor quality of work and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management.
- Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
- Check materials and ensure proper utilization.
- Resolve day-to-day site issues.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
