Job Summary-

We are looking for a Site Supervisor responsible for managing and supervising the installation of exterior cladding products and selected interior products such as toilet partitions. The candidate will coordinate with architects, builders, clients, installation teams, transporters, and labour to ensure smooth execution, quality, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities-

- Supervise the in office installation
- Understand project requirements through architectural drawings, site instructions, and specifications.
- Read and understand AutoCAD drawings and interpret them for site execution.
- Coordinate and manage installation teams at project sites.
- Coordinate regularly with architects, builders, and client representatives.
- Monitor and report daily work progress and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Ensure quality standards and proper installation practices are maintained.
- Take accurate site measurements in mm, feet, inches, metres, and sq. ft.




- Record and maintain measurements in MS Excel.
- Calculate material quantities based on drawings and site measurements.
- Coordinate material requirements, transportation, loading, and unloading.
- Coordinate with labour teams for loading/unloading and site-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, including bills, challans, measurement sheets, and other site records.
- Ensure successful site handover and obtain completion certificates from clients/consultants.
- Resolve routine site-level execution and coordination issues in consultation with the management.
- Be comfortable with field work and travelling approximately 30–40 km per day within Pune and nearby areas.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
