- Coordinate with project teams, conduct site visits to assess progress, and identify critical issues or risks.
- Proactively manage project plans, teams, and timelines, ensuring adherence to best practices and operational goals.
- Ensure smooth project handover as per client satisfaction and manage snag resolution during the DLP period.
- Prepare and submit photographic reports for new project site visits to the tender team.
- Allocate and monitor subcontractor work, ensuring proper execution and reconciliation of project audits vs actuals.
- Monitor and report team performance, fostering a positive, team-oriented.
