Role Description The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day activities at project sites in Ahmedabad, ensuring work is executed according to design intent, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This full time, on-site role involves coordinating with project managers, architects, contractors, and vendors, monitoring timelines and progress, and reporting site status regularly.

The Site

Supervisor will verify measurements, manage material delivery and usage, and address on-site issues promptly to keep projects on schedule and within scope. The role also includes maintaining site documentation, conducting inspections, and supporting the implementation of design details and changes as required.





Qualifications

- Experience in site supervision within architecture, interior design, or construction, with strong understanding of drawings, details, and on-site execution.
- Knowledge of basic construction methods, materials, and quality standards, including the ability to review workmanship and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Solid organizational and coordination skills to manage daily site activities, schedules, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, measurements, and photographic documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages to interact with design teams, clients, and contractors.
- Proactive problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify issues early and propose practical solutions on site.
- Commitment to safety practices and adherence to site protocols and company policies.
- Diploma or degree in civil engineering, architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in Ahmedabad or familiarity with local vendors and site conditions will be an advantage.
