JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate site activities related to the installation of aluminium doors, windows, and related works. The primary responsibility will be to ensure proper site execution, installation quality, coordination, and timely project completion. The employee may also be required to provide basic technical design and drawing support when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Site Supervision – Primary Responsibility

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and installation work.
- Monitor and supervise labourers and installation teams to ensure proper work allocation, productivity, discipline, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Ensure installation is carried out according to approved drawings and company standards.
- Verify site measurements, openings, levels, and site conditions.
- Monitor workmanship, alignment, finishing, and overall installation quality.
- Coordinate with installers and workers to ensure proper execution.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues or report them to the concerned department.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular site updates to management.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, and accessories.
- Conduct site inspections and support final inspection and handover.

1. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Projects, Fabrication, Purchase, Warehouse, and Installation teams.




- Communicate site requirements and technical instructions to the concerned teams.
- Follow up on material requirements and site readiness.
- Ensure site activities are completed as per the planned schedule.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, photographs, and progress reports.

1. Technical Design Support – As Required

- Assist the technical/design team with basic drawings and modifications when required.
- Support preparation or correction of drawings based on actual site measurements.
- Assist in checking dimensions, opening sizes, and technical details.
- Provide site-related technical information to the design team.
- Coordinate with the design team to resolve drawing or execution-related issues.

1. Quality & Safety

- Ensure work is carried out according to company quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, or installation issues.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at project sites.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in aluminium doors and windows, construction, interiors, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of technical drawings and measurements.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise workers and coordinate site activities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
