We undertake projects involving the Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of specialized electrical protection systems, with a focus on safe, reliable, and technically sound execution.

Role Description

We are hiring a Site Supervisor – Lightning Protection System & Earthing to manage the on-site execution of LPS and earthing projects.

This is a field and project-oriented role with primary responsibility for the Installation, Testing & Commissioning (ITC) portion of projects.

The Site Supervisor will manage manpower, coordinate with clients and contractors, monitor project progress, handle site documentation and billing support, and ensure successful completion and handover of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute Lightning Protection System and Earthing projects from site mobilization through completion.
- Manage teams of technicians, electricians, helpers, contractors, and other site personnel.
- Plan daily activities, allocate manpower, and monitor work progress against project timelines.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of LPS, earthing systems, down conductors, air termination systems, earth electrodes, bonding systems, conductors, clamps, testing points, and associated accessories.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, contractors,



project managers, and internal technical teams.
- Attend site meetings and communicate progress, requirements, constraints, and execution issues.
- Monitor site materials, tools, manpower, and quantities to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct or supervise required earthing tests, continuity checks, inspections, and commissioning activities.
- Maintain essential site documentation, including progress records, measurements, photographs, testing reports, and completion documents.
- Record and verify executed quantities for measurement sheets, running bills, quantity reconciliation, and final billing.
- Coordinate with internal commercial and accounts teams for project billing and related documentation.
- Identify quantity variations, additional scope, or site changes and report them promptly to management.
- Ensure completion of punch points, rectification work, testing, documentation, and final project handover.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Lightning Protection System projects and on-site execution.
- Practical experience in earthing system installation and execution will be preferred.
- Experience supervising electricians, technicians, helpers, and site labour teams.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings, LPS layouts, earthing layouts, BOQs, technical specifications, quantities, and scope of work is essential.



The candidate should be able to independently understand what needs to be executed on site from the approved drawings and BOQ.
- Practical understanding of Lightning Protection System and earthing installation methodologies.
- Experience handling site measurements, quantities, billing documentation, and project completion activities.
- Ability to coordinate independently with clients, consultants, contractors, and other site stakeholders.
- Solid site management, problem-solving, and manpower coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay at project locations as required.

Work Structure

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Flexible / Project-Based Field Deployment The nature of this role will vary depending on active project requirements. During periods with limited active sites, the requirement for regular physical attendance may be relatively low.

However, once a project is active, the Site Supervisor will be expected to provide complete commitment to the assigned project until critical execution activities are completed.

This may include regular or continuous site presence, manpower supervision, client coordination, testing and commissioning, measurement and billing work, and staying at outstation project locations where required.

Projects may be located across Delhi NCR as well as other locations depending on business requirements.

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Final compensation will depend on the candidate's project experience, technical understanding, and ability to independently manage LPS and earthing execution.

Approved travel expenses for project and site visits will be covered by the company.

Where an assignment requires an outstation stay, approved accommodation and travel expenses will also be borne by the company.
