We are looking for a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor who will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, company policies, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall commercial site execution and day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and clients.
- Read and execute work as per AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and site plans.
- Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Plan and coordinate material requirements, selection, and procurement.
- Monitor work quality, project progress, manpower, and timelines.
- Coordinate material deliveries and vendor/contractor work schedules.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and pending-work reports.




- Check completed work and support measurement and billing verification.
- Identify site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper site documentation and execution records.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per company policies, work orders, POs, drawings, and approved specifications.
- Ensure proper coordination between all teams involved in site execution.
- Monitor finishing and construction activities to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in commercial interior or construction site execution.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior/site execution.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing reading.
- Strong vendor and contractor coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of construction materials and finishing works.
- Understanding of site measurements, BOQ, and billing verification.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple site activities.
- Ability to work on-site and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Experience in commercial/corporate interior projects will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
