Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer /Project engineer- Civil to oversee day-to-day site execution for the ABJ Wayside Amenities Project. The role will be responsible for civil construction, interior works, external development, MEP coordination, contractor management, quality, measurements and timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and site execution.
- Manage works including excavation, foundations, PCC/RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing.
- Coordinate and supervise interior works after completion of civil finishing.
- Supervise external development works, including roads, parking, drainage and other site development activities.
- Coordinate and monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and labour at site.
- Check site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and contractor bills.
- Coordinate with surveyors for levels, alignment and setting-out.




- Track daily progress and maintain site reports and documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety and site discipline. Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3-7 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Experience in building construction, infrastructure, commercial projects or wayside amenities preferred.
- Good understanding of civil drawings, measurements and construction practices.
- Good knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works, with the ability to execute, coordinate and monitor site activities as per approved MEP drawings, specifications and project standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MS Office.

- Good communication and contractor coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and ability to handle site-level issues independently.
- Willingness to be based at the Sangaria, Rajasthan project site.

Candidates with hands-on experience in civil site execution, RCC works, interior works, external development, MEP coordination and contractor management will be preferred.
