About the Role

We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic Site Engineers (Trainee to Senior Level) to work on our premium villa projects across Trivandrum and Cochin.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities
- Ensure work execution as per drawings and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress, safety, and material usage
- Maintain project timelines and quality benchmarks

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Trainee:



Freshers or up to 2 years experience
- Mid-Level: 2–5 years experience
- Senior Level: 5–10+ years experience in villa/residential projects
- Strong knowledge of drawings and site execution
- Good leadership and communication skill
