We are Hiring Service Sales Manager for a leading Kitchen Equipment Supplier Co. for Gurgaon Location

Qualification - Bachelors, Degree/Diploma in Mechanical engineering, MBA in Marketing & Sales

Experience - 5- 8 Years of experience in service sales / after-sales / AMC sales (preferably in industrial / Commercial kitchen equipment / HVAC / Refrigeration / facility management services or similar industry with Existing network in hospitality, hospitals, or institutional clients

Job Responsibilities -

Drive service revenue through AMC/CMC contracts, spare parts, and refurbishment projects

- Identify and convert opportunities within existing clients and new accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors
- Collaborate with internal teams (service, operations, projects) for seamless execution
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
- Prepare proposals,



negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies .
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of engineering systems

(preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- CRM tools and sales tracking experience
