We are looking for an experienced Services Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a robust understanding of the Supply Chain Technology ecosystem at Cloud Supply Chain Solutions. The role is focused on identifying and developing new services opportunities across supply chain platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and staffing.

Candidate should be comfortable having business-level conversations around ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, integrations, APIs, EDI, iPaaS, and platforms such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Softeon, and Workato.

Key Responsibilities

- From Leads, Existing Connections and Marketing Qualifying Leads (MQL), Identify and nurture new supply chain technology services opportunities through extended outreach
- Identify and qualify new supply chain technology services opportunities through account research, prospecting, networking, partners, and market intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Softeon, and other WMS/TMS/OMS implementations, upgrades, extensions, and AMS.
- Identify ERP, supply chain, EDI/API, and Workato/integration opportunities.
- Identify staff augmentation and specialized resource opportunities across WMS, TMS, OMS, integration, and supply chain technology.
- Engage with supply chain, IT,



digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and procurement stakeholders.
- Build relationships with customers, technology vendors, and system integration partners.
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline and work closely with CSCS leadership and delivery teams to convert opportunities.
- Research target accounts and understand their technology landscape, transformation initiatives, and potential CSCS requirements.

What We're Looking For

- 5–10 years of experience in B2B technology sales, IT services sales, business development, consulting sales, or staffing sales.
- Good understanding of the Supply Chain Technology ecosystem — ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, integrations, APIs/EDI, cloud, and automation.
- Exposure to Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Softeon, Workato, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong prospecting, relationship management, communication, and opportunity-qualification skills.
- Ability to understand a customer's technology landscape and recognize potential implementation, integration, AMS, modernization, or staffing opportunities.
- Existing relationships within the supply chain, retail, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or technology ecosystem will be a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, MBA, or related field preferred.

The Ideal Candidate

Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
