We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow FSM Architect with solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, FSM, technical architecture, solution design and integrations. The candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions and actively contributing to complex technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering and architecture through development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Design and implement ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
- Work on Work Orders, Work Order Tasks, Dispatching, Scheduling, Assignment, Field Agents, Skills & Qualifications, Service Resources and Workforce Management.
- Configure and customize FSM based on business requirements.
- Develop solutions using Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs and JavaScript.
- Work with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,



Workflows, Transform Maps, Import Sets and Data Sources.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
- Integrate ServiceNow FSM with AWS/Azure/GCP, SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Prepare HLD/LLD, technical designs, architecture diagrams and data flows.
- Perform performance optimization, debugging and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure scalable, reusable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
