Role Description This full-time in office Service Technician role is based in Valsad and supports the maintenance and reliability of Ola Electric vehicles and related systems.

The Service

Technician will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on electric vehicles and associated components. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, conducting troubleshooting, completing field service visits as required, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns. The role interacts directly with customers to explain service work, provide basic product guidance, and ensure a positive service experience.

The Service

Technician will also document all work performed,



follow safety and quality standards, and collaborate with the service team to improve processes and service efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance to service and support electric vehicles and related systems.
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience to handle on-site inspections, repairs, and support at customer locations when needed.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in automotive, electrical, or mechanical engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic reports.
- Familiarity with electric vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and safety procedures is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
