Role Description The Service Engineer – Industrial Burner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves providing field service for industrial burners, including installation, commissioning, inspection, and performance checks.

The Service

Engineer will diagnose operational issues, carry out troubleshooting, and perform routine and preventive maintenance and repair on heating and thermal energy equipment. The role also includes delivering technical support to customers, documenting service activities, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures.



Regular interaction with clients and internal teams is expected to address service needs and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including on-site installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial burners or similar equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair skills for mechanical and electrical components of heating and thermal energy systems.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, documenting service work, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
- Knowledge of industrial burner technology, combustion systems, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Willingness to travel for on-site service visits and work in industrial environments.
- Prior experience in industrial heating systems or thermal energy equipment service is an advantage.
