Role & responsibilities

- Sales &
- Revenue Generation:

Drive end-to-end sales for enterprise server products, achieving regional targets and driving market share expansion in the Bengaluru region.

- Product &

- Portfolio Management:

Act as the subject matter expert for server products, defining product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market (GTM) plans.

- Partner &

- Channel Ecosystem:

Build, nurture, and maintain solid relationships with system integrators (SIs), value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, and enterprise partner networks.

- Client Engagement &

- Pipeline Building:

Work closely with enterprise clients, understanding their IT infrastructure requirements and proposing tailored server hardware/data center solutions.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales, technical support, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product fulfillment, competitive positioning, and client satisfaction.

- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor product offerings, pricing dynamics,



and technology developments within the hardware/server ecosystem to capture market opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of solid hands-on experience in Server Sales, Enterprise Hardware Sales, or Product Management for server technologies.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of enterprise servers, data center hardware, rack/blade servers, and compute solutions (e.g., ASUS, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Supermicro, etc.).

- Partner Connects: Proven track record of strong channel partner connections and enterprise customer networks across Bengaluru / South India market.

- Communication &
- Negotiation:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and client-facing abilities.

- Joining Availability: Candidates who can join immediately or within a maximum 30-day notice period are strongly preferred.
