Role Description The SEO Strategist role is a full-time, in office position based in Ludhiana. The SEO Strategist will plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, rankings, and traffic for client websites and web applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements, and collaborating with developers and content teams to implement best practices.

The role also involves managing link-building initiatives, monitoring performance with web analytics tools, and preparing concise reports and recommendations.



The SEO Strategist will stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine SEO tactics.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop keyword-targeting strategies.
- Experience performing SEO audits and identifying technical and content-related optimization opportunities.
- Skills in link building, including outreach, backlink analysis, and off-page optimization.
- Proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track and interpret performance.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, internal linking, page speed, and structured data.
- Solid grasp of basic HTML/CSS concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with developers and designers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Prior experience in an SEO, digital marketing, or web strategy role; agency or product-based company experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
