We are looking for a skilled SEO Specialist with strong knowledge of Google Ads to join our team. The candidate should have experience in improving website rankings, generating quality leads, and managing paid advertising campaigns, especially in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform on-page and off-page SEO to improve website ranking on search engines.

- Conduct keyword research related to real estate properties, office spaces, and builder floors.

- Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and landing pages for better search visibility.

- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns for lead generation (Search, Display, and Remarketing Ads).

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve CTR, CPC, and conversions.

- Generate regular reports on SEO ranking, traffic, and ad campaign performance.

- Manage Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO activities.

- Analyze competitor strategies and implement improvements.





- Work on lead generation strategies for property listings on platforms like 99acres and Magicbricks.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Keyword Planner, etc.)

- Hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization

- Knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO

- Experience with landing page optimization

- Understanding of local SEO strategies

- Basic knowledge of HTML, wordpress and website structure (preferred)

- Positive analytical and reporting skills

Experience Required

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads management

- Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage

- Salary will be based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
