We're Hiring: SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist | Surat (On-Site)

Global Insights KPO is looking for a results-driven SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist to enhance our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable business growth.

Role Description

As an SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for improving our online visibility and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns. You will manage SEO initiatives, optimize website performance, and drive lead-generation efforts through paid and organic marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content, structure, and user experience to improve search rankings and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare actionable reports.
- Improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs through continuous testing and optimization.




- Collaborate with content, design, and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in SEO and Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC campaign management, and Social Media Advertising.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is an added advantage.
- Experience with web analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and lead-generation funnels.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console or similar SEO tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cooperative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
