Role Description The Senior Wedding Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi, responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of weddings and related events. This role involves meeting with clients to understand their vision, cultural requirements, and budget, and then developing detailed event plans and timelines.

The Senior Wedding

Planner will coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams, manage guest logistics, oversee décor and entertainment, and ensure that all ceremonies and functions run smoothly on the event days. Day-to-day tasks include budget management, contract negotiation, schedule preparation,



and continuous communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns. The role also includes mentoring junior planners, maintaining service quality standards, and proactively resolving issues during planning and on-site execution.

Qualifications

- Strong event Planning skills, with experience managing complex, multi-day events.
- Specialized Wedding Planning expertise, ideally with Indian weddings and culturally diverse ceremonies.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiation to deliver high-quality events within agreed budgets.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including client communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
- Proven experience in a senior event or wedding planning role, preferably 2+ years.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and guide junior staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during peak wedding seasons.
- Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and wedding industry trends.
- Relevant education in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
