About UsBigClicks Boon is a performance marketing and digital execution agency working with B2B clients globally. We're looking for a video editor to join on a full time basis for full-fledged video production work — not quick social reels.

About the RoleThis role covers end-to-end video editing for longer-form, production-heavy content — client case study videos, YouTube content, testimonials, explainer/corporate videos, and event/conference recaps. You'll be handling complete edits from raw footage to final delivery, not just trimming clips for social.

What You'll Do• Edit long-form videos: case studies, testimonials, corporate/explainer videos, event recaps

- Handle multi-cam edits, interview-style footage, and B-roll integration
- Do full audio cleanup, sound design, and background scoring
- Color grade and color correct footage for a consistent, polished final output
- Add lower thirds, motion graphics, titles, and branded intros/outros




- Structure narrative flow — not just cutting, but shaping the story of the video
- Manage full project files, revisions, and version control across multiple deliverables
- Turn around edits within agreed project timelines, handling client feedback rounds

What We're Looking For• Robust portfolio of full-length edited videos (not reel/short-form compilations) — testimonials, YouTube videos, corporate content, documentaries, etc.

- Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
- Solid grasp of color grading, audio mixing, and pacing for longer narratives
- Experience managing multi-camera and multi-source footage
- Ability to work independently on a full edit from raw footage to final export
- Comfortable working on retainer/project basis with defined deliverables and deadlines
