Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, brand films, reels, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Understand creative briefs, scripts, storyboards, and brand guidelines to develop compelling video content.
- Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Work on long-form videos, interviews, podcasts, corporate videos, and campaign-based content when required.
- Apply professional video editing techniques including cuts, transitions, pacing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Create motion graphics, text animations, titles, subtitles, and other visual elements.
- Select appropriate music, sound effects, stock footage, and other assets to enhance the storytelling.
- Ensure consistency in brand style, tone, visual identity, and overall production quality.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, social media managers, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
- Review feedback from internal teams and clients and make revisions within defined timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized project files,
source footage, assets, and final deliverables.
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, social media formats, creative styles, and emerging editing techniques.
- Mentor and guide junior video editors when required.
- Ensure all final videos meet platform-specific technical and quality requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of qualified experience in video editing.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent professional editing software.
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, storytelling, typography, color, and sound.
- Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
- Ability to understand and execute creative briefs independently.
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions efficiently.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
