Neo Tokyo is hiring a Senior Video Editor to own all video output in-house: reels, YouTube, ads and client case studies. You will turn raw footage from our on-ground content team into finished, platform-ready content that sells custom PCs, workstations, servers and IT services.

- Company: Neo Tokyo, tech infrastructure (custom PCs, workstations, servers, networking, AMC) for B2C, B2B and Enterprise clients

- Location: Kochi, Kerala — full-time, in office

- Reports to: Founder & CEO

- Works with: Content capture team (supplies raw footage), Revenue & Growth team (campaign and case-study input)

Key responsibilities

- Short-form reels — cut Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn clips from raw phone/camera footage: hooks in the first 2 seconds, captions, music, pacing built for retention.

- Long-form YouTube — edit build videos, product walkthroughs, tutorials and reviews end to end: structure, B-roll, colour, audio clean-up, chapters, end screens.





- Ads and promos — produce paid campaign creatives and launch videos in every required aspect ratio (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), with multiple hook variants for A/B testing.

- Client case studies — turn B2B and enterprise project footage (installations, server rooms, deployments) into credible showcase videos for sales and the website.

- Thumbnails and basic graphics — design YouTube thumbnails, lower thirds, title cards and simple motion graphics in Neo Tokyo brand style.

- Content pipeline — maintain a weekly content calendar, organise and archive raw and final files, and keep a reusable asset library (intros, LUTs, music, templates).

- Performance review — track views, watch time, retention and engagement per video, and adjust editing style based on what performs.

- Shoot direction — brief the content capture team on shots, angles and B-roll needed before each shoot.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
