Solution Sahab is looking for an experienced and confident Senior Telecaller with excellent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, explaining company products and services, handling customer queries, and converting potential leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
- Communicate professionally in fluent English and Hindi.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients.
- Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and sales inquiries.
- Maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Guide and support junior telecallers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management preferred.




- Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- B2B calling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
