- 6+ years of hands-on migration experience on TIBCO Business Works (CE), BW 6.X
- Good understanding of integration patterns and their implementation through messaging
- Ability to Identify, Analyse, and Develop interfaces and integration flows using TIBCO suite of products
- Experience using Messaging systems like TIBCO EMS, IBM MQ
- Understanding of TIBCO adapters and implementation experience
- Valuable understating of BW6 runtime environment and deployment into it through command line and through TEA
- Implementation of containerization of BWCE code and deployment into Cloud
- Extensively worked on developing interfaces using TIBCO BWCE and BW 6.X version
- Experience in tools for service discovery and configuration management - Ex - Consul
- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes , Azure DevOps & DevOps tools
- Experience in developing Custom components in TIBCO environment
- Excellent Communication and Coordination skills
