About the RoleRTAC is looking for a Senior Developer to take end-to-end ownership of software modules, from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-quality applications.
- Understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design and develop APIs, database solutions, and system integrations.
- Debug issues, optimize performance, and resolve production problems.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain development standards.
- Collaborate with QA, Support, Infrastructure, and other teams.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Leverage modern technologies and AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Solid knowledge of OOP, SQL, APIs, databases, and software development practices.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with Git and production application support.
- Ability to independently own modules and deliver within timelines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
