1.Manage day-to-day service operations, including breakdown, AMC, preventive maintenance and installation. 2.Monitor service revenue, costs, AMC performance and billing. 3.Handle major customer complaints and service escalations.
Required Candidate profile
1. Coordinate with Planning, Sales, Projects, Stores and Accounts. 7.Ensure service calls are allocated and closed within defined TAT followed by service parameter.
