Job Role: Senior SAP Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

- Participate in SAP Digital Transformation initiatives and end-to-end business process improvement projects.
- Work across SAP PP, QM, PM, SD, and MM modules and understand their integration with each other.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions.
- Configure and enhance SAP solutions based on business and operational requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Support SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Design and document business processes, functional specifications, configuration documents, and process flows.
- Support integration between PP, QM, PM, SD, MM and other SAP modules.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, defect resolution, regression testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with SAP technical teams, developers, project managers, and business users.
- Support data migration, master data validation, process standardization,



and automation initiatives.
- Provide functional support, knowledge transfer, and user training where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization of manufacturing and business processes.

Skills:

- 7+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience with solid hands-on experience across all the following modules: SAP PP, QM, PM, SD, and MM.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing, procurement, quality, maintenance, and sales processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or transformation projects.
- Strong integration knowledge across PP, QM, PM, SD, and MM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Experience in digital transformation, process automation, process re-engineering, or SAP modernization initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Steel industry experience is highly preferred, with manufacturing, metals, mining, or heavy engineering experience considered an advantage.
- Candidates must have hands-on functional experience in all five modules – PP, QM, PM, SD, and MM.
