Job Purpose /n The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, acquiring new clients and driving revenue through the sale of broking and financial products. /n Key Roles & Responsibilities /n Lead Generation & Client Acquisition /n /n

- Generate recent leads through personal networks, referrals, market contacts, cold calling, digital leads and business development activities.

/n

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

/n

- Identify and approach potential HNI, UHNI and affluent clients.

/n

- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into active clients.

/n

- Develop new sources and channels for continuous lead generation.

/n

- Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities.

/n

- Maintain accurate lead records and track prospects through the complete sales cycle.

/n

- Consistently meet monthly lead-generation, conversion and acquisition targets.

/n /n Product Sales /n /n

- Sell equity, broking, bonds, fixed income, structured products and other financial products.

/n





- Identify client requirements and present relevant products.

/n

- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.

/n /n Business Development & Revenue /n /n

- Achieve assigned sales, brokerage and revenue targets.

/n

- Expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.

/n

- Maintain regular client engagement to generate repeat and referral business.

/n /n Coordination & Compliance /n /n

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and activation.

/n

- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

/n /n Experience /n /n

- 6–8 years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or financial services sales.

/n

- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and revenue generation.

/n

- HNI/UHNI client network will be an advantage.

/n /n Preference /n Candidates with relevant sales experience specifically in stock broking firms will be preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in stock broking are encouraged to apply. /n
