Job Summary We seek an experienced Retail Sales Executives to lead our store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities 1. Sales:

 Meet sales targets and contribute to store sales growth

 Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions

2. Customer Service:

 Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer complaints

 Foster positive customer relationships

3. Store Operations:

 Maintain store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping

 Assist with inventory management, stockroom organization & Shrinkage Control.

4. Team Collaboration:

 Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements  Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (for Senior Sales Executives)

 Experience: Previous retail experience preferred

Skills  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace & Flexible to work in various shifts

 Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
