Job Summary
Dr. N. Y. Tasgaonkar Institute of Medical Science invites applications from qualified and dedicated doctors for the position of Senior Resident – Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The selected candidate will be responsible for clinical patient care, emergency management, academic activities, and assisting consultants in departmental procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage OPD, IPD, labour room and emergency obstetric & gynaecological cases.
- Provide comprehensive care to antenatal and postnatal patients.
- Manage normal and high-risk pregnancies and obstetric emergencies.
- Assist in LSCS and gynaecological surgical procedures.
- Conduct patient assessments, clinical rounds and case discussions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff and other departments.
- Participate in teaching, seminars, case presentations and academic activities.
- Follow institutional protocols and applicable medical regulations.
- Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
Qualification
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the National Medical Commission/State Medical Council.
- Candidates must fulfil applicable regulatory and institutional requirements.
Free Food and Accommodation Provide Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
