Key requirement
- 3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience
- Must have independently handled end-to-end recruitment
- Solid sourcing experience through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and other channels
- Candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management and joining follow-up
- Experience hiring for BFSI / Banking / IT / ITES / corporate roles preferred
- Should be comfortable handling multiple positions simultaneously
- Good candidate follow-up and joining conversion skills
- Experience with recruitment MIS and Excel
- Immediate joiner
- Candidates with only HR operations/generalist experience and limited recruitment exposure should not apply
