Job Summary The Senior Relationship Executive – Gold Loan will be responsible for driving gold loan business, handling key customers, ensuring high service standards, and supporting branch targets through strong market sourcing and compliance-led operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive gold loan sourcing through walk-ins, referrals, local market activities, and customer reactivation
- Handle high-value and repeat customers independently
- Appraise gold ornaments for purity, weight, and eligibility as per company norms
- Ensure end-to-end gold loan processing, documentation, and timely disbursement
- Maintain strict adherence to RBI/NBFC compliance and internal audit standards
- Monitor renewals, interest collections, overdues, and loan closures
- Support Branch Manager in achieving monthly business and collection targets
- Guide and support junior Relationship Executives when required




- Maintain accurate MIS, customer records, and system updates
- Address customer queries, service issues, and grievance resolution

Eligibility & Experience

- Education: Graduate (Commerce preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 3–6 years in Gold Loan / NBFC Mandatory: Hands-on experience in gold appraisal and loan operations
- Skills:
- Strong customer relationship and sales skills
- Sound knowledge of gold loan products and compliance
- Valuable communication and local market understanding
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
