Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international healthcare and manpower requirements.

- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.

- Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, and client requirements.

- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, documentation, and follow-ups.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the hiring process.
