About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA professional to drive quality across web applications, APIs, data-driven systems, and AI/ML-based products. This role combines hands-on manual and automation testing, with opportunities to influence quality strategy and deliver robust, scalable testing solutions.

You will work closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute quality assurance strategies, test plans, test coverage, and release criteria.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript or Python).
- Perform manual testing, including exploratory, regression, functional, and edge-case testing.
- Validate REST APIs, including response and data verification.
- Plan and execute performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter, k6, or Locust.
- Conduct security testing aligned with OWASP Top 10 practices.
- Test and validate AI/ML-driven and data-intensive features for accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, defect management, and release validation activities.
- Create and maintain test cases, test reports, and defect documentation.




- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and distributed teams.

Required Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation, including building frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript or Python.
- Experience defining and implementing QA strategies for software products.
- Strong manual testing and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in REST API testing using tools such as Postman or code-based frameworks.
- Experience with performance testing and security testing concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Brand Protection, Fraud Detection, Cybersecurity, Web Crawling, or data-centric products.
- Exposure to compliance and security validation activities.
- Experience testing AI/ML-based applications.
- Knowledge of SQL, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB for data validation.
- Familiarity with automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.
