Experience: 6 - 10 years
Employment Type: Full-time, On - site
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement QA strategy across projects.
- Lead a team of QA engineers and coordinate with global delivery teams.
- Oversee test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific standards, including ISO/CMMI.
- Engage in client discussions, audits, and reviews.
- Mentor junior testers and support process improvements.
Technical Skills:
- Strong background in enterprise-level QA across manual and automation.
- Must have experience in client communication and should have robust Communication Skills.
- Deep understanding of test strategies, planning, and execution.
- Must have experience into payment system experience.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with performance and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, OWASP ZAP).
- Leadership skills and experience in client-facing roles.
- Should be able to work as an independent performer.
