We are looking for an experienced Senior Purchase Executive with a strong background in manufacturing procurement, vendor development, commercial negotiations, and cost optimization. The candidate should be capable of independently handling purchasing activities, analyzing quotations, and ensuring timely procurement of materials at competitive prices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for manufacturing requirements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable commercial terms.
- Conduct quotation analysis and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain vendor relationships.
- Perform cost calculations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and monitor procurement budgets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements and purchase priorities.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase procedures and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Manufacturing industry procurement experience.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Expertise in quotation analysis and comparative statement preparation.
- Vendor development and supplier evaluation.
- Cost calculation and cost optimization.
- Procurement follow-up and delivery coordination.
- Procurement budgeting and commercial analysis.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience: 48 years in purchase/procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company. Education: Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
