Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a full time remote role responsible for leading cross-functional projects that support product development and content delivery for the Superfan.ng platform. This role oversees project planning, scope definition, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring initiatives are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Day-to-day activities include coordinating with product, engineering, content, and design teams, managing dependencies, tracking risks and issues, and maintaining clear documentation and status reports.

The Senior Project

Manager will also optimize workflows, improve communication across teams, and establish best practices for project governance. Collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize features, gather feedback,



and support continuous improvement is central to this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of tasks and manage follow-ups with internal and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review deliverables, ensure adherence to standards, and verify quality before release.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows across distributed teams.
- Proven experience in a senior project management or program management role, preferably in tech, edtech, or digital product environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with remote, multicultural teams; familiarity with African markets or cultural contexts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
