Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. – Civil / Construction Engineering

Role Definition
Responsible for end-to-end execution of the assigned project scope as per approved GFC drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor day-to-day project execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, PMO and site execution teams.
- Plan and monitor project milestones, schedules and daily progress.
- Ensure quality control, safety and QHSE compliance across all activities.
- Prepare and review DPR, WPR and MPR and submit reports to the PM/management.
- Prepare, verify and certify contractor bills, measurements and quantities.
- Prepare BOQs and monitor quantities against project requirements.
- Raise timely material indents and ensure availability of materials, manpower and equipment.
- Conduct weekly contractor coordination meetings and track action points.
- Coordinate consultant visits, inspections, approvals and certifications with minimum NCRs.
- Review GFC drawings and coordinate with relevant consultants for technical clarifications.
- Resolve site execution issues and provide timely solutions for project hurdles.
- Ensure preparation and approval of mock-ups before commencement of activities.
- Maintain all required project, QHSE, safety and statutory documentation in prescribed formats.
- Follow up with PMO and internal teams for approvals, drawings, procurement and other project requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, work quality, productivity and adherence to schedules.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering from a recognized institute/university.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Civil Construction / Project Execution.
- Experience in large-scale construction projects, contractor management and multidisciplinary coordination preferred.
