Role Description The Senior Project Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing key project activities related to the summit, expo, and awards, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting content and program development, and monitoring progress against objectives.

The Senior Project

Associate will prepare reports, maintain project documentation, assist in organizing sessions and workshops,



and support training and engagement initiatives for partners and participants. The role also involves conducting research on digital health trends and best practices, providing analytical insights to improve program design and stakeholder experience.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track project performance, and support evidence-based decision-making.

- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and international participants

- Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and execution of complex initiatives

- Experience in training and facilitation, with the ability to support workshops, knowledge sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities

- Proven research skills to gather, synthesize, and present information on digital health, healthcare innovation, or related domains

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business, Technology, or a related field

- Prior experience in event management, healthcare conferences, or digital health projects is highly beneficial.
