The RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution skills.

You will be instrumental in building and scaling AgentNuro's product-led growth strategy, from creating compelling positioning and messaging to driving organic discovery, product adoption, user engagement, and conversion.

We need someone who understands how to market technology to startups and smaller organizations, where customers expect immediate value, simple experiences, and minimal purchasing friction.

You should be equally comfortable:

- Developing differentiated product positioning, messaging, and category narratives.
- Building and executing PLG go-to-market strategies.
- Creating website content, campaigns, product videos, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Using AI tools extensively and coordinating a small internal or external team.

- Translate AI discovery, Shadow AI, AI governance, token management, AI cost attribution, and optimization into simple customer benefits.
- Create messaging around immediate value, ease of adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
- Refine positioning based on user feedback, competitor analysis, product insights, and market trends.

Category & Market DevelopmentHelp CloudNuro establish AI Adoption Management as an important and emerging technology category.

- Develop narratives around AI adoption, Shadow AI, AI agents, AI governance, AI cost management, and TokenOps.
- Identify emerging AI trends, customer challenges, and opportunities to differentiate AgentNuro.
- Turn insights into thought leadership, educational content, campaigns, and market awareness.

Go-to-Market & Product LaunchesOwn product marketing for new capabilities and releases, with a strong emphasis on PLG.

- Develop ICPs, personas, value propositions, and product messaging.
- Build PLG campaigns focused on acquisition, self-service discovery, onboarding, activation, engagement, and conversion.
- Develop launch plans, website messaging, landing pages, educational content, demo narratives, and promotional campaigns.
- Run go-to-market experiments to improve the journey from awareness to adoption and paid conversion.
- Work closely with Product Management to align marketing with product experience and customer needs.





Product & Customer EnablementCreate content and experiences that help users understand AgentNuro and get started with minimal friction.
- Product walkthroughs, explainer videos, solution briefs, use cases, FAQs, and getting-started content.
- Product demos, value propositions, and conversion-focused messaging.
- Customer education, self-service onboarding, and partner enablement.

Competitive IntelligenceDevelop a systematic competitive intelligence program across AI Adoption Management, AI governance, AI cost management, and emerging AI platforms.
- Monitor competitor positioning, messaging, capabilities, pricing, launches, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Study competitor PLG models, onboarding, self-service journeys, and conversion approaches.
- Translate research into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, and leadership.

Content & Thought LeadershipCreate high-quality content that establishes CloudNuro and AgentNuro as credible voices in the AI ecosystem.
- Product blogs, educational guides, solution briefs, thought leadership, and industry content.
- LinkedIn content, growth campaigns, customer stories, webinars, and promotional material.
- Product videos, demo scripts, tutorials, presentations, and other creative assets.

You should be a strong writer and storyteller who can take an idea from concept to finished content without depending on a large content team. Website, SEO & AI Search VisibilityMake AgentNuro discoverable when users search for solutions to their AI adoption challenges.
- Develop SEO-optimized website content, landing pages, solution pages, and educational resources.
- Improve visibility across traditional search and AI answer engines, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Use keyword research, search behavior, competitor analysis, AI visibility testing, and conversion insights to improve performance.

Customer & Market IntelligenceDevelop a strong understanding of startups, small businesses, AI developers, and growing teams.
- Understand customer pain points, buying motivations, adoption barriers, and expectations.
- Analyze behavior across the PLG funnel.
- Translate customer and market insights into improvements across positioning, content, product experience, and growth strategy.

AI-Native Way of WorkingAI proficiency is a core requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have.

We expect our Senior Product Marketing Manager to actively leverage modern AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate execution, and enhance the quality of deliverables.

You should be proficient in using AI for:

- Research: Market intelligence, competitive analysis, personas, and trends.
- Content & Messaging: Positioning, writing, editing, SEO, AI-search optimization, and campaigns.
- Creative & Multimedia: Presentations, product videos, visual content, and collateral.
- Analytics & Automation: Growth analysis, PLG funnel insights, workflow automation, and marketing productivity.

Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity,



or similar platforms is expected. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate how they have used AI to work faster and more effectively while applying appropriate validation, expertise, and human judgment.

What We Are Looking ForYou likely have:

- 5+ years of experience in technology product marketing, preferably in AI or related emerging technologies.
- Hands-on experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG), digital product marketing, or self-service customer acquisition.
- Experience marketing products to startups, small businesses, and growing technology teams.
- Strong product positioning, messaging, technical writing, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with go-to-market strategies, product launches, organic growth campaigns, and competitive intelligence.
- Understanding of PLG metrics such as acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools and their practical application to marketing workflows.
- Strong individual execution skills and the ability to coordinate a small team or external resources in a fast-moving startup environment.
