Role Description The Senior Product Manager will lead end-to-end product strategy and execution for learning and career-clarity solutions at NexTech Innovate IT. This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru involves defining product vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional teams including content, technology, marketing, and community operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user insights, translating them into clear requirements, managing product backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.

Manager will monitor product performance metrics, run experiments, and iterate based on data and feedback to improve learner outcomes and engagement. This role also includes stakeholder communication, alignment on business goals, and mentoring junior product team members to support a culture of clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with user research, data analysis, and experimentation to drive product decisions and measure impact.
- Background in technology or digital products, with understanding of how tech products work end-to-end and how users interact with them.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned execution.
- Proven experience in leading products in edtech, learning, or career-development domains is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in simple, accessible language.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset, problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a fast-evolving, mission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related disciplines), or equivalent practical experience.
