Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM / Financials Project Auditor

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM / Financials professional to support post-go-live stabilization for a large engineering consulting organization.

The role will focus on auditing active projects in Oracle Fusion, identifying financial and operational exceptions, determining root causes, and coordinating with Project Managers, Finance, project coordinators, and Oracle/ERP teams through resolution.

This is a hands-on project financial audit and stabilization role , not an Oracle implementation PM or technical development position.

Key Responsibilities

- Review active Oracle Fusion projects and identify financial exceptions.
- Analyze Project Costing, Project Billing, revenue, margins, labor, costs, forecasts, unbilled activity, Billing in Excess and Accounts Receivable .
- Investigate unusual project financial conditions and determine root causes.
- Distinguish between system/configuration, transactional, process and user-related issues .
- Maintain an open-issues tracker and drive items through resolution.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, project coordinators and Oracle/ERP teams.
- Validate that corrective actions and system fixes are properly reflected in Oracle.
- Help Project Managers understand project financial performance in Oracle Fusion.
- Identify recurring/systemic issues across the project portfolio.
- Provide clear status updates,



risks and corrective-action reporting to leadership.
- Independently own assigned project reviews and proactively follow up with stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM experience.
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials knowledge.
- Expertise in Project Costing and Project Billing .
- Strong understanding of project-based financial management.

- Project Margins
- Unbilled Activity
- Billing in Excess
- Project Forecasts
- Labor & Project Costs
- Accounts Receivable
- Strong project financial analysis and exception-identification skills.
- Experience investigating and resolving project financial issues.
- Ability to differentiate between Oracle/system issues and business-process or transactional issues .
- Strong understanding of the relationship between Project Management, Finance and ERP systems .
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Background
- Engineering consulting, construction, EPC, professional services or other project-based environments.
- Oracle Fusion post-go-live stabilization/support experience.
- Project accounting, project controls, financial assurance or project auditing experience.
- Experience managing/reviewing a large portfolio of active projects .
- Experience working with regional or decentralized Finance and Project Management teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile Senior Oracle Fusion PPM + Financials skilled with strong Project Costing/Billing expertise, project accounting knowledge, post-go-live troubleshooting experience, and the ability to act as the bridge between Project Managers, Finance and Oracle/ERP teams.
