Role Description The Senior Overseas Education Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The individual in this position will provide one-on-one and group counselling sessions to students and professionals seeking overseas education opportunities, helping them select suitable courses, universities, and countries aligned with their academic profile, career goals, and financial constraints. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed profile evaluations, guiding applicants through documentation and application processes, reviewing SOPs and resumes, coordinating with partner institutions, and offering visa and pre-departure support.

The role involves managing inquiries, maintaining accurate records of student progress, conducting information sessions and webinars,



and contributing to outreach initiatives and marketing activities. The counselor is expected to collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality support and a positive experience for every applicant.

Qualifications

- Strong counselling and advisory skills, with demonstrated experience in guiding students or professionals on overseas education and career pathways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including clear spoken and written English and the capacity to explain complex processes in a simple, supportive manner.
- Sound knowledge of international education systems, admission requirements, and visa processes for key destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Ability to conduct detailed research on universities, programs, scholarships, and immigration policies, and to present findings in a structured, actionable format.
- Proficiency in using CRM or counselling management tools, office productivity software, and online platforms for virtual sessions, webinars, and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple applications, deadlines, and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Ethical, student-centric approach with a focus on transparency, accuracy, and long-term success for each applicant.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Management, or a related field; prior experience in overseas education consulting at a senior or lead level is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Delhi, India and occasionally support
