We are a renowned wholesale distributor and retail store operator specializing in home furnishing products, particularly Quilted products, in North America. With nearly 30 years of experience, we have navigated various sales platforms, from printed catalogs to the latest social media marketing strategies. Despite having a warehouse in the USA stocked with products worth nearly a million dollars, our online sales have not met expectations.

We are now seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to take on the challenge of revitalizing our online sales.

Position: Senior Online Sales Manager

Location: Hybrid (Half day at office, half day from home)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to boost online sales on platforms like Amazon.com, Etsy.com, and Wal-mart.com.
- Analyze current sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and manage online marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and keywords.
- Monitor and manage inventory to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Utilize data analytics to track sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce best practices and platform-specific guidelines.
- Foster relationships with key online retail partners to enhance brand presence and sales opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Address and resolve any issues related to online sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in B2C online sales, with a strong emphasis on Amazon.com, Etsy.com, Wal-mart.com, Shopify.com, Wayfair.com and other networks.
- Proven track record of driving significant sales growth in an e-commerce workplace.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, passionate, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the home furnishing industry is a plus.
- Experience in SEO content writing, which will help optimize our product listings and marketing content for better search engine visibility, driving more organic traffic and sales.
