Senior MEP Site Engineer with 810 years of experience to oversee and lead the execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services for high-end interior fit-out projects.

Preferred candidate profile
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of proven experience in MEP site execution, with at least 5 years specifically in Interior Fit-Out (Commercial, Hospitality, or Industrial).
3. Technical Skills: * In-depth knowledge of HVAC (Chilled water/DX), Power, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler systems, and ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control).
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and redlining drawings.
5. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local regulations like MIDC, MPCB, CFO etc.
6. Soft Skills: Solid leadership, problem-solving under pressure, and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
