Pan India Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to drive growth across our Marine & Hydrography portfolio.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective sales & marketing strategies to grow market share
- Manage and strengthen OEM relationships; identify new OEM partnerships
- Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, contractors, and government clients
- Track competitors, market trends, and customer insights
- Support tendering activities including quotes, tenders, proposals, and negotiations
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and prepare management reports
- Travel for client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and conferences
- Develop strong relationships with end users
- Spearhead growth within the category with a dynamic team

Equipment managed within this group includes:
- Single & Multi-Beam Echo Sounders
- GNSS Systems
- ROVs & USVs
- ADCPs
- Side Scan Sonars




- Sub-Bottom Profilers, and more

The individual should have strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in marine/offshore sales and business development. Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 5–10 years of experience in technical sales/marketing within marine, offshore, or hydrographic domains
- Solid technical understanding of marine & hydrographic equipment
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools
- Self-driven, customer-focused, strategic, and proactive mindset
