- Lead and manage Non-Motor underwriting operations.
- Underwrite Property, Marine, Engineering, Liability, and other commercial risks.
- Review risk exposure, pricing, terms, and policy conditions.
- Ensure underwriting quality, profitability, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage broker/intermediary relationships and support business growth.
- Handle complex/high-value risks and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Monitor portfolio performance and claims trends.
